Fruits and veggies i guess. you still need to get protein and a good source for that is soy. you could take a supplement for anything you could be missing unless you don't believe in supplements. ask a health professional at a gym or a dietitian at your age you should be getting lots of lean protein and calcium. if its not a religious thing. you could try organic chicken lots of protein and no steroids if that's the reason you stopped eating meat. you really need to do some research and find out what your options are. you are very young and don't need to develop a deficiency. also try the book store and look up vegetarian cooking. What's a healthy vegetarian diet consist of normally?
healthy normal food is a combination of meat and vegetables. A good diner is a steak, rice and broccolli. Try it you will like it and feel great!
