I'm going to get some lettuce and some veggies. Tear the lettuce up and chop up vegetables keep them in separate containers so we always have something easy on hand. Hmm could i keep some pasta in the fridge like that? I guess I should add some nuts or seeds to that for the salad....Have some ideas about easy things to stock for a vegetarian diet?

Yeah you could keep pasta in the fridge, but it might go bad after some time.. And theres many salads that are good- Greek salad is my favorite- artichokes, onions, bell peppers, black olives, cucumbers, feta cheese- just throw those all together. Also a good cranberry-walnut salad- dried cranberries, walnuts, green apple, feta cheese. Beans are good too for protein if you add those to salads. Also, you can make a really good caesar salad with tomatoes, croutons, and pasta also. Hope this helps :)Have some ideas about easy things to stock for a vegetarian diet?
I'm vegetarian, and the easiest thing is Orential Rawmen. It is the only vegetarian/vegan rawmen soup. Such a unique taste. And only 3 minute cooking time :)
