Yes, it's perfectly fine to be a vegetarian while pregnant. There's nothing in meat that you can't get from other sources. (It can be challenging if you're a vegan, but not hard at all if you eat eggs and/or dairy.)

It's always ok to stay vegetarian as long as you are taking plenty of protein.I am a nonveg,but since my pregnancy I am not able to take in any nonveg.
