What are the benefits of a vegetarian diet and a diet with meat included?

SO I want to know the pros and cons of each please???What are the benefits of a vegetarian diet and a diet with meat included?
A vegetarian diet includes all vegetables, fruits, nuts and all foods which are grown and not man made The vegetarian diet causes you to lose weight and also is a healthy way of eating.Since you will not be eating meat you will have to eat some other type of nuts so you can get your proteins.
A veg diet makes you 50% less likly to get heart disease, 40% less likly to get cancer, 80% less likly to get diobeties, 33% less likly to be obese, less likly to get achne, food poisinig and arthritis. You save 100 animals a year from being skinned alive on factory farms.

You have to deal with people like deer hunter, Dion j, and cliff who will judge you and call you preachy and arogant with out knowing you based on the fact that you don't eat meat and you'll have a hard time at some resteraunts.What are the benefits of a vegetarian diet and a diet with meat included?
No one is going to take time to list ALL the benefits of any diet. For generations Americans ate a balance diet: some meat, some veggies, some bread, some desserts. And, for the most part, we're a healthy bunch. Obesity and diabetes are a direct result of too many carbs (processed grains) in our diet. Our prehistoric ancestors did not naturally eat grains. They couldn't cook or digest them.



Cutting an entire food group out of your diet (meat) is extreme and unhealthy. You need to start taking pills to replace the nutrients you used to get in your food. B12 is not in any plant source. Iron, Calcium, Zinc, Protein are all harder to get as a vegetarian....so people turn to pills.



Unless you have some sort of food allergy or special needs, I don't think there's any benefit to eating a vegetarian diet. But to each their own....
A vegetarian diet lowers your chances of getting many diseases, becoming obese, and has been proven to extend life. Not to mention it's stops the unwarranted cruelty to the animals in factory farms.What are the benefits of a vegetarian diet and a diet with meat included?
