Too much info to list it all here... but there's a GREAT vegetarian nutrition book called, "The vegetarian Way" by Virgina Messina, MPH, RD and Mark Messina, PhD. As you can tell, these are doctors and registered dieticians who did ALOT of research on the subject (yet the book is an easy read.)
Next is to learn how to cook vegetarian. My favorite cookbook, because it's super easy, with just alittle ingrediants and shows you how to make "mock meats" is "Authenic Chinese Cuisine" by Bryanna Clark Grogan.
There are free cooking videos on the internet by PostPunk Kitchen. It's put on by british punk girls and is super easy to follow.
Good luck... I've been vegetarian for 14 years... honestly, it's not too hard once you find these two things (nutrition and cooking).

There are many different ways to obtain your healthy lifestyle. First of all you have to find your preferred method of exercise such as swimming, jogging, tennis, badminton, going to the gym, etc
It is not necessary to go on a vegetarian diet to be healthy but vegetarian diets are often low in fat etc but you do need to make sure you get your essential nutrients...

I would start with a cleanse to remove all the toxins from meat %26amp; processed foods that you have eaten.
