What nutrient adjustments do I need to make for a vegetarian diet?

I read that I ( young adult female) need to increase my iron intake from 18 to 33mg because of the type of iron vegetarians absorb. What other intake amounts do I need to change?What nutrient adjustments do I need to make for a vegetarian diet?

you also need to take b12 vitamins because that is in all the red meats
