snack: cherries and watermelon
lunch: almonds and walnuts with cucumbers (mixed with vinegar)
snack: banana and half apple
dinner: 2 cups of boiled yellow split peas
snack: watermelon
I follow a grain free diet. I take multivitamins everyday and fish oil supplements.How do you think my vegetarian diet s going?

Fish is not vegetarian never has been and never will be. Eating fish in any form including their oils is not vegetarian and also not healthy for you. Try replacing it with flax oil or just flax seeds or you can also use hemp which is all high in Omega-3s.
I would also get rid of the eggs there is nothing good they are providing you and the hens they come from a life of suffering and exploitation. Basically if you kept up with what you have going now except without the animal products and maybe also added some kale (which is loaded with vitamins and minerals and is the top rated veggie out there) you will be doing ok though I might eat a little more throughout the day it seems a bit light.
To the trolls: I am sorry I forgot that stuff you put in your mouth and swallow is not part of what you eat, you know it goes into your stomach and gets digested like food. It contains ingredients which a vegetarian wouldn't ingest but I guess ingesting oil in pill form is a billion times different than ingesting oil not in a pill. Clearly they are radically opposite from each other putting something in your mouth and swallowing changes so greatly over minor differences in the form the edible substance takes. I also must not be an anarchist because people who know nothing about anarchism aside from maybe reading the uncyclopedia (which just for the lulz and not actually factual in anyway) have told me I am not one because clearly after 8 years of being an anarchist and studying anarchism and meeting various anarchists from around the country and some from other parts of the world I would know less than I could learn on the joke site "uncyclopedia". Bulletproof argument folks you guys should take that argument to Iraq or Afghanistan and put it around the troops so they can't get shot...LOL
does not sound like it's enough for an active teen (which I assume you are)..sounds more like a 20 something thing a crash weight loss program to fit into a swimsuit or dress... no grain is fine but try to bump up the calories a bit more.. and multivitamin caps is not a substitute for actual food..

You need more carbs in your diet. Why are you following a "grain free" diet? Studies have shown time and time again that they are not good for your health.

Skip the eggs and fish oil. Fish in any form is not Vegetarian.
Eggs are exploiting chickens very cruelly and painfully.

I feel sorry for you if your diet consists of just fruits and vegetables everyday but then again that's your choice. You should have more carbs not just those things also.

I bet you didn't even get a 1000 calories from all that food. You need to eat twice as much food in a day.
Sounds like you need to eat a Lot more, not many calories.
I think you need more variety. For dinner instead of just yellow split peas, try a mixed bean soup, a simple salad with some nuts (almonds, walnuts, garbanzo beans, etc...). Carbs are not the enemy. You can have a few (maybe breakfast once or twice a week have a whole wheat bagel or toast with peanut, almond or cashew butter). Add a lot more vegetables to your lunch (tomatoes, onions, zucchini, sugar snap peas, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, the list goes on and on). Also, fish oil is not vegetarian. For the Omega 3, try flax seeds and walnuts. Instead of a multi, try bee pollen (all 22 essential elements needed by the human body), spirulina, chlorella, super foods like those.
A Vegetarian says: It's very good, but whats with the eggs? That has animal cells in it so it is meat!!
You should add spice and mix different kinds of new vegggies.
USE RICE.
