I wanna know if this is gonna be enough nutrients throughout the day and im gonna be working out 6 days a week for approx 1.5 hours a day.Will I get enough daily nutrients if i start a vegetarian diet?
Make sure you take a B-12 supplement, as an all vegetable diet has no source for B-12 in it. You should probably also consult with a doctor before making any radical diet changes, just to ensure that it is a good eating plan.
