I was just wondering what i should eat, because ever since i went vegetarian ( a year and a half ago) i've been getting really tired after practice. I swim 6 days a week for an hour and a half then we do cross training. Or should i just quit being a vegetarian and eat meat again?Vegetarian diet for a year round swimmer?
Perhaps you are not getting enough calories and if that is the case perhaps you could eat more nuts.

See your doctor if you are tired. You may be anemic and need either iron or B12 supplements.
