How many of you feed your cats or dogs a vegetarian diet?

I'm just curious. How many of you feed your cats or dogs a vegetarian diet?
I do. My last three cats all lived on a vegetarian diet.

i do..
No, I feed them what they were naturally born to eat. I don't feel it's fair to force my dog and cats to eat veg. I would only do it if their health required it.How many of you feed your cats or dogs a vegetarian diet?
I feed my dog regular dry dog food occasionally but I usually cook vegetarian meals for him, which I have of course pre-approved with the vet. He loves it. Dogs do just fine on vegetarian diets. I don't have a cat, but I've heard that they can't survive on vegetarian diets, so I would feed it some kind of cat food if I had one.
Well, my rat is vegetarian. lol

But my cats aren't (at least I don't think so, I'm guessing the junk they eat has some meat in it). They just eat dry cat food, and I admit, I occasionally feed them raw meat too %26gt;.%26lt; But anyway, they need it to survive, I don't.
Cats are obligate carnivores-even manufacturers of vegan pet foods don't recommend feeding them to cats exclusively. My cats eat Iams, tuna and whatever they can catch : )
I do not. I am incredibly against feeding dogs and cats vegetarian diets. My dogs are fed raw meat, raw organs, and raw bones, I even include whole rabbit carcasses, as in a dead rabbit, with everything, fur, head, feet, tail, completely unaltered. It's the healthiest thing for pets, and vegetarian diets are incredibly unhealthy, I don't care what people think or what made up information they have dogs and cats need meat and are not healthy without it.

It's one thing to eat that way yourself, but a wholly other thing to force your beliefs on an animal who needs meat. I am happy with vegetarians/vegans who do not feed their pets that way.
I want to try the vegan diet on my cats, but I'm too scared to because I read that there's a small, slight risk in doing so, and I'm too scared to take that risk. However, there isn't really any risk in feeding dogs a vegan diet. If I had a dog I would give him/her vegan dog food, but my cats, sadly, no.

I do at least want to try something I read about where you feed your cats vegan kibble and also tuna fish so they get their taurine.

And barbara, I'm not judging you, but you may want to switch foods. Iams does terrible experiments on dogs to produce their food.
i used to. please do not feed your cats vegan food. my boy got blocked from it after 2 yrs.
Who in their right mind would feed a carnivore a vegetarian diet?
i do(:

call me weird but my dogs a vegetarian too
