What is absolutely everything that needs to be in a healthy vegetarian diet?

What would be a good breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and dessert? What foods do I need to eat in order to get all the nutrients and vitamins needed? Keep in mind that morning tea and lunch need to be school meals.

There are many foods available for vegetarians. I personally have cereal for breakfast with dairy or rice milk, sometimes I have toast or fruit. Lunch can be leafy salad with cheese, soya or quorn protein. Again I eat plenty of fruits, veggies, quorn or soya. Grains, berries, nuts etc are great sources of vitamins and minerals, too. Many places cater for veggies and I have no problem eating out. Schools should also cater for different diets and should offer cheese-based dishes to students. Vegetarians tend to look after themselves and be aware of nutrition and lead long healthy lives.What is absolutely everything that needs to be in a healthy vegetarian diet?

You need to have food supplement, as our body needs number of vitamins and minerals in traces
