How do I ease into a vegetarian diet easily?

I want to do it so that I eat more healthy. However, I have no idea where to start. I just want some easy recipe ideas for a full time nursing student on the run. Thanks in advance.How do I ease into a vegetarian diet easily?
You could get a cookbook from your library. Do a search for student vegetarian cookbook and see what comes up. Or try Amazon.com if you want to buy. The books will focus on quick, easy, cheap veggie food.



You can try looking for recipes online, but one of these cookbooks will probably be exactly what you're looking for with little fuss.



Also, to ease into being veg, try doing one night a week, then two, then three, and within a couple months you'll be full time veg.
I just made the switch overnight. It depends on how much you like meat. I didn't like meat very much to begin with, and after seeing the videos of what truly happens to animals I gave it up the in a split second. But if you truly enjoy meat then I would do it gradually. Cut of red meat, then a week later cut of chicken, and then fish. Start replacing your meats with fake meats or tofu. Try Boca or Morning star products, they're amazing! Although if you plan to go vegan someday I recommend Boca since they're already vegan. Try their chick'n nuggets and burgers. I absolutely loved them:)

After a while it will be really easy. After about 2-3 months I found meat disgusting and I know I'll never eat it again.How do I ease into a vegetarian diet easily?

just jump right in. take a weekend just to research some really good recipes. a good trick if your always on the run is on the weekend pre-prepare (up to the cooking) a few meals that you can easily heat up and eat as leftovers for a while.

Look up research. Look at the foods, find a lot of foods you like or want to try, then just go grocery shopping. I did that just today!
