Is it healthier to not eat meat? Please only answer if you actually have some knowledge in nutrition and healthy eating...Is a vegetarian diet healthier than a diet that includes meat?
Being vegetarian or omnivorous, all diets will be unhealthy if they are not balanced and well planned. Try eating McKing burger all day and all night for a week!
i'm a vegetarian, but i wouldn't really say it's healthier.
when you eat meat, you are for sure getting your daily amount of protein.
when your a vegetarian, its a lot harder to.
the first month i was a vegetarian, i ended up in the hospital because i was so weak from lack of protein. it all depends on how committed you are going to be about this lifestyle, and if you make sure you get the needed protein.
all in all, neither is really healthier than the other.
but think of this:
if you eat meat, your body is a graveyard of dead animals, all in which died just so you could devour them for your own health reasons. when in reality, you could get the same healthfulness of protein from other things that were never living. Is a vegetarian diet healthier than a diet that includes meat?
No! I've been a vegan for two years and I have tons of energy. Here are some tips:
1. Make sure you don't eat too many carbs if you're feeling hungry. Opt for vegetables or fruits or nuts or something more filling. Or else you'll find yourself feeling hungry.
2. Know what vegetables are really good for you in terms of vitamins. For example, kale has tons of calcium, so you don't even need milk. You could also get soy milk with calcium. Things like that are super easy to find using google.
3. Get your protein! I don't know if you cook your own meals but if you do, using recipes with tofu is a good choice. If you don't want to do that or don't like the taste of tofu, get some nuts like almonds and snack on them (but not too much!).
-Those are my biggest tips but send me a message if you have any other questions! Good luck =)
It actually is healthy but you don't get the proteins that support your body that's in the meat that you would eat. You would have to take vitamins/pills to gain it all. But I suggest eating both, vegatables and meat, so you can get all the nutriens(vitamins and protein) to support your body.Is a vegetarian diet healthier than a diet that includes meat?
It would be healthier. Make sure you read about the different vitamins and nutrients that you need and make sure you are getting them somehow. There is this one story of this man who is a marathon runner and he is a total vegetarian. Look up and read about Brendan Brazier. He even now has his own line of health products for vegetarians. Hope this helps.
