Each of us deals with change differently. Some go all out and never look back. Others like the slow and steady approach, making incremental changes while keeping sight of the final goal. Zig-zaggers take a few steps forward, another one back, one off to the side, and a couple more straight ahead. And then there are those who work themselves into a frenzy and feel paralyzed by the thought of changing old habits. If you鈥檙e one of the above or somewhere in between, try these easy steps and make the transition to vegetarian eating fun and painless.

In my opinion, you don't need to see your doctor or dietician OR wean off slowly. I just went vegetarian and it was all thanks to the awesome book Skinny *****. I got the Skinny ***** cookbook (called Skinny ***** in the Kitch) and the recipes in there are GREAT. Also, most mediterranean food is vegetarian, and it's awesome (falafel, hummus, etc). How can I start a vegetarian diet?

it may take a while to find ones you like and get used to this diet but dont get discouraged because in the end its all worth it.
Go see your primary care doctor, and get a referral to your local hospitals dietitian or nutritionist. They can help you make a healthy eating guide for you.
