What is a healthy vegetarian diet for a 14-year-old girl?

I'm 14 years old, and I am not the healthiest person. I eat a lot of junk food and don't exercise that much. (I'm actually a healthy weight, I just don't want to become overweight.) I'm also a vegetarian.

So what would be a healthy diet (including exercise) for me?What is a healthy vegetarian diet for a 14-year-old girl?
Eat soy burgers and replace all that junk food with avocados or other vegetables and fruits. Just don't have too many fruits because of all the sugar. Cut down on juices and sodas and drink water and replace milk with soy milk. Soy milk has less fat and calories and just as many nutrients. And go jogging or running (Wii Fit is great) or ride a bike and go outside a lot. Have a lot of salad and don't put too much dressing or oil on it, none is great. Celery is very low calorie and great for diets. And make sure to check for fat and sugar levels in foods, make sure they're low. And also make sure not to eat gelatin because it is made out of animal bones, which is un-vegetarian. Make sure to keep a high a protein diet. Protein shakes are good and egg whites are very low calorie and are filled with protein. Egg whites are one of the best diet foods. If it's not broken, don't fix it.
Junk food and vegetarian? Isn't that an oxymoron?

Paranoia has ruled the lives of many. Give in to it now and it will blind you in the future.
