How should I stat a Vegetarian Diet??
I'm looking forward it and I need advices about how to start it in a healthy way. :)

a vegetarian diet is very healthy. you just start cutting back and eating less and less of it. eventually, it wont be hard at all. i promise. i dont even have to think about it any more unless i am checking a label for geleton or rennit. just be sure to get protein through broccolli, colliflower, wheat bread, and other things on the endless list of protien rich foods that dont kill. good luck. it was the best decision of my life. i am so much healthier. : )
vitamin b12 it is one of the only vitamins that vegetarians have a hard time getting. i would suggest going out and getting a vegetarian cook book and experimenting with those recipes. I the cook book " how it all vegan" ! even if you are not going to become vegan they still have lots of yummy food in there and a glossary in the back of names of common items in packaged food that are of animal derivatives.

Well, going vegetarian is pretty easy now days. Just replace meat with vegetables.
For example: instead of having a dish of beef, carrots and potatoes, replace beef with a high-iron vegetable such as spinich.
