Some good books about the physical and/or environmental benefits of a vegetarian diet?

Do you know of any good books on the physical and/or environmental benefits of a vegetarian diet? I am trying to convert my family but I want evidence to back it up (besides the cruel way animals are treated.)Some good books about the physical and/or environmental benefits of a vegetarian diet?

Diet For a Small Planet

The China Study (this is a good one for health)

by T. Colin CampbellSome good books about the physical and/or environmental benefits of a vegetarian diet?
Diet for a New America is the classic (and one of the best).

Diet for a Small Planet.

A Teen's Guide to Going Vegetarian is good for general information.

Be careful about trying to "convert" people. It's actually quite obnoxious and can totally backfire (not only will people not become vegetarian, they'll actually make a point of eating meat in front of you and making a big deal out of it).
