How can I feel fuller, longer while on a vegetarian diet?

I have been eating enough, but I am finding that by eliminating meat from my diet, I get hungrier faster, and I need to constantly have a vegetable or piece of fruit like every two hours. I tried eating eggs this morning, due to the protein, but it still wasn't sufficient. Could it be my body adjusting to the diet by having hunger pangs and it will go away after awhile, or is there some meals that could make me feel full? How can I feel fuller, longer while on a vegetarian diet?
As you mentioned more protein such as eggs, cheese but more importantly fiber will make you feel fuller longer such as apples, brown or whole grain rice, beans ect. Keep doing it for a period of time %26amp; your body/hunger pangs should adjust. good luckHow can I feel fuller, longer while on a vegetarian diet?
