Soybeans making you angry? Well that's the first time I've heard that. Tofu is AWESOME. You can to anything with it. It has the good stuff meat has but not the bad stuff, and there's more good stuff added! For a free vegetarian starter kit, go to:

vegetarians do not eat fish.
look out for rennet,it is usually found in cheese, but you can eat vegetarian cheese.
lastly, you cannout eat gelatin, it is made from cattle, so that means no jello,skittles,marshmallow, etc.
There would be alot of angry asian people if this was true.

tofu is chopped up soybeans that's compressed to form a chunk of white jello-ish stuff. it's good for you, and a source of protien that replaces meat in a balanced diet.
