How can I get the essential fats, proteins, etc on a vegetarian diet?

I'm a vegetarian, but I want to know how I can get the essentials my body wants and needs...

Please, don't throw stupid answers at me %26gt;.%26lt;"How can I get the essential fats, proteins, etc on a vegetarian diet?

Protein is found in nuts, seeds, legumes (beans, lentils), and whole grains. It is also found in moderate amounts in leafy green vegetables like broccoli.



Some of my favorite great sources of protein are chickpeas, black beans, lentils, peanut butter, pistacchios, couscous, and whole grain pasta noodles.



Good fats are found in nuts, seeds, and legumes. Cooking oils are good for this too like olive oil. Flax seeds and walnuts are good foods for omega-3 fats.



The following are all good protein and good fat filled dishes: whole grain pasta with tomato sauce, veggies, and pine nuts; peanut butter and banana sandwiches on whole wheat bread; hummus and veggies on whole wheat pitas; stir fry with brown rice, veggies, and edamame (soybeans); bean burritos with veggies.

take milk,ghee,butter,tofu for protein

and for carbohydrates you can eat rice.

eat lot of green vegetables and consume 8 glasses of water per day

thats all you need to do

Also you can try whey protein, small amount for protein intake.....

To be sure you are getting enough protein don't give up dairy. Eggs, milk, cheese, etc are all the best ways to get protein. Get fats from avocados, raw almonds and olive oil. Get carbs from veggies, potatoes, yams, whole grain bread and pasta, etc.How can I get the essential fats, proteins, etc on a vegetarian diet?
