How to start a vegetarian diet?

It's not to lose weight, I just want to try something new. I am going to start off with no meat at all but will still eat fish and gradually work off that. Does anyone know a good site to look at with good vegetarian meals for Breakfast/lunch/dinner and what not to eat?

Thanks. How to start a vegetarian diet?
Hello! Here are some links that might help you get started:

http://features.peta.org/VegetarianStarterKit/index.asp - this is PETA's starter kit that gives some good advice on how to start out going vegan or vegetarian, and why it's a good idea for animal rights. There are also some vegan recipes on there that try to mimic food that meat-eaters would normally eat, which some people find easier to start with.

http://www.oprah.com/packages/vegan-starter-kit.html - Oprah went vegan on her show, and her website is fantastic for advice on how to get started. The "Grocery List" and "Three-Week Meal Plan" are great suggestions.

Good luck, and I hope this helps!

Try http://pcrm.org/ - it's Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. They have a Vegan Kickstart starting January 2. Even if you are just planning on being vegetarian, it could still prove to be useful for you.How to start a vegetarian diet?
PETA has great veggie recipes!

For breakfast, I always have egg sandwiches. I scramble eggs with some broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower, and sometimes tofu then put mayo on bread and but the scrambled eggs in a sandwich. So good!
dont eat meat
