Are these symptons of a new vegetarian diet?

I've recently became a vegetarian, a little more than a month ago. During the first few weeks, my only problem was I was always hunger. Now I suffer from bad headaches EVERYDAY, and a skin rash that's annoying me. I'm also going to the bathroom a lot more often. Is this normal? Are these symptons of a new vegetarian diet?
I switched to being a vegetarian about a year ago, after 4 months as a vegetarian I switched to a vegan diet. For 1-2 weeks after each switch my body went through a detox period which included excess urination, after that I felt much better then I had before I switched. The skin rash could be from a lack of nutrients, but I would really recommend you make an appointment with a dermatologist if it continues. As for the head aches, many new vegetarians make the mistake of eating way too much fat from eggs, dairy, nuts, avocados and so on as a replacement for the meat they no longer eat. The human body is designed to run using carbohydrates as it's main fuel source, not protein or fat. Both protein and fat are essential but in very small amounts, they do a great deal more harm then good when over consumed. Make sure to eat enough calories to cover what you typically burn during the day, and get more of those calories from the carbohydrates in fruits, vegetables, and to a lesser extent grains. Are these symptons of a new vegetarian diet?
bathroom is normal due to fibers in food. I doubt headaches have anything to do with diet. my headaches are always caused by thermal activity such as cold coming to my head, or when heat is released unevenly. I can always cure headaches by covering it with something for an hour to heat up the head. and since I cut my hair shorter, headaches are gone. now heat goes out of my head more evenly.

hunger is normal. I was hungry when I gave up on bread but I was still eating fish. then going vegan didn't give me any hunger problems. your stomach expands and will always adapt.

make sure you get all the nutrients that are in meat. take vitamin B12 and creatine supplements. although your body can make B12 supplies and it synthesizes creatine needs, supplements are still recommended. go on the sun to get vit D. nuts are a good source of metals such as zinc, iron and calcium. and you can get a complete protein by eating a well balanced diet. that's how herbivores in the wild get a complete protein, they feast on various plants all day.Are these symptons of a new vegetarian diet?
The only normal thing is your having to go to the bathroom more often. You should talk to your doctor about the headaches and skin rash, they sound like some type of allergy.

This website, run by the Mayo Clinic and has a copy of the vegetarian food pyramid on it. Use it when planing your meals.

You are always hungry...could be what you are eating. You still want to get your caloric intake like you used to do. Of course if you were overweight you would want to cut back. Eating things like vegetables, cereal, cashews almonds walnuts peanuts, pastas and eating fruits and things like that normally make me less hungry. Truthfully, I never get hungry anymore... atleast between meals. I do still crave foods to eat, though. I would look into what you are eating and make sure you are eating enough. Vegetarianism doesn't mean you don't eat. I like black beans, pinto etc. seasoned with chips for mexican food; tempeh and canned vegetables; tofu in chinese food, pasta and pizza with yves meatless ground. Good luck and good for you!
