Losing weight because of new vegetarian diet?

i'm newly vegetarian, almost vegan. and i cut out soda and sugary drinks completley. i have only been drinking water and occasionally something else but 98 percent water. anyway, i feel like my body is smaller not by a lot but i'm obese and it definatley looks different. my face even looks smaller. is this just my imagination or am i really losing inches. my weight hasn't really changed. its been the same after i lose 4 pounds a couple weeks ago. i just started this diet about 5-6 days ago.Losing weight because of new vegetarian diet?
I am a vegetarian, and I realized after I become one, I started to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight, and just started getting a better body. You are eating and drinking really healthy, being a vegetarian is so healthy for you.Losing weight because of new vegetarian diet?
Yes you have lost weight and inches but the weight you have lost isnt fat, it is water. the only way to really lose fat is to burn it and the way to burn is to exercise. But most ppl that are vegetarians are healthy they just dont have a high intake of protein and most them arent real active but there are some athletes that are vegetarians but they take multivitamins.
