if you are not vegan, milk, yogurt, and eggs are good sources of protein. Vegetarian sources include legumes(dry beans, lentils) nuts, tofu, peanut butter and a person in general does not need as much protein as you think you do.

The simplest way to get fruits and veggies in your diet is to eat them fresh.

An apple or orange or juice or banana along with your cereal and milk is a good start. In fact have both the juice and the whole fruit.

A salad consisting of a variety of greens and other veggies is a great way to start each lunch or dinner.

Or, make it a cup of vegetable soup to start a meal.

Add to that some fruit for dessert and you are good to go.

Add V-8 juice to your diet. Or spicy tomato juice.

Get a pretty bowl to sit on the counter in the kitchen and fill it with a variety of fresh fruits. When they are right there, in front of you, its easier to grab a cluster of grapes or a plum or 2 to snack on.

Even eating pasta can include lots of veggies.

While I am not a vegetarian, I do enjoy lots of veggies in my diet and when I make a pasta hot dish, I bump up the amount of veggies in it. For example I put peppers, celery tomatoes and onions in my macaroni and beef so I put more of those than meat in the hot dish. It tastes great and gets me the veggies I want. Skip the meat, add a salad and a piece of fruit and you have lots of veggies with your meal. And you still have the pasta you love.
