and Good Luck!!!
I eat several whole hard-boiled organic eggs daily (they are a bona-fide superfood), along with about 700 calories worth of various no-oil-added nuts/seeds throughout the day.

I usually have 1 cup of plain organic greek yogurt daily as well, with some added healthy ingredients.

I also supplement 20g of all-natural, unsweetened, cold-processed whey protein 2-3 times daily, stirred into some almond and coconut milk.

Some protein is also found in the various veggies, bean and ground chia that I consume daily. How do you get protein while on a Vegetarian diet?
You eat dairy products, such as yogurt and cheese, and combine grains, such as rice, with legumes, or beans. A good vegetarian cookbook will give you many, many tasty recipes. I am not a vegetarian, but am not a big meat-eater...so I rely on a vegetarian cookbook for some interesting meals on meatless days, or as a way to get more protein into my football-playing son without overloading him with meat.
dear god.

You have no need of protein supplements. How do you not realize that there is PROTEIN in almost every single food.

You can get 1/4 of your daily protein needs from a fruit and greens smoothie. Unless you are starving you have no deficit. How do you get protein while on a Vegetarian diet?
Eggs, nuts, peanut butter, those things, as well as protein supplements should be good. I don't have supplements, but I know I don't get enough protein. If you have a nutritionist near you, I'm sure you could talk to them
It's called food.

There are a lot of dark, leafy greens that have a decent amount of protein in them. Romaine, for example, has a good load of protein in it. Mix with some spinach for iron, and you're set! =)
NO NEED FOR PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS JUST EAT LEGUMES, VEGETABLES, NUTS, SEEDS, QUINOA
Beans r considered vegetables. Some vegetarians do sea food.
Eat powerbars.
All you need is a boyfriend.........
