Do you think having a vegetarian diet is healthier than having a regular diet?

Please also state whether or not you are a vegetarian, omnivore, or even a carnivore.Do you think having a vegetarian diet is healthier than having a regular diet?
I believe everything should be had but in moderation for a well balanced diet.



I am a omnivore.
i was a carnivore. but now im a psudo-vegan because i eat chicken. if your a man you can up until a certain age eat red meat,not a whole cow every day, but in moderation. after your mid 30's you should stop.



if your a woman, you should never eat meat! chicken and fish are fine but never eat meat. a womans body is different than a mans, and one of the things she should never eat is red meat.



trust me on this you want a woman that is a vegan or only eats fish and chicken.Do you think having a vegetarian diet is healthier than having a regular diet?
It can be, but really, you can be healthy or unhealthy on any diet.

I dunno...you need protein....doesn't that come from meat?
yes it can be healthier but you also need your protein.
i eat whatever is healthy for me. but being a strict vegetqrian changes the way ur body works and eventually u wil need to get back on the meat. just try it
