Would you say a vegetarian diet would be easier to lose weight or a omnivore?

i got a answer on here about losing weight and i got wuite several saying a omnivore diet is healthier and would promote weight loss. lets say i didnt eat fatty meat just leans asa omnivore. who you say a vegetarian or a omnivore diet iss better for weight loss?Would you say a vegetarian diet would be easier to lose weight or a omnivore?
Get help kid.
you can lose weight on both, each side has its argument, vegetarians cut out meat which alot of which we eat today is fatty(not all but most) and this alone would help promote weightloss, Omnis will say that your more likely to suceed on an omni diet as it allows for a greater choice of foods to substitute the fatty ones....its all speculation to be honest as you get fat omnis and fat veggies, aswel as fit omnis and fit veggies. Most important thing is will power and determinationWould you say a vegetarian diet would be easier to lose weight or a omnivore?
Being an omnivore may do the trick but it will make u more able to cheat. See one thing about going completely vegan is that ur tastebuds literally switch back to their original form as when u were a baby therefore u lose all taste for and desire for meats, salts, sugars and sweets. U literally begin craving for greens and vegetables like u used to crave something fatty or sweet...as a result, u don't ever have the urge to cheat. Also, there is no real nutritional need for humans to consume meats as plant based foods are nutritionally superior. In vegetarianism, u are constantly cleansing your body by eating such nutrional foods and when u eat meat, u throw all that off again...it takes only hours to digest plants but it takes 4 days to pass meat. When u eat meat, u tend to feel tired afterwards as ur blood rushes to your gut to digest it. You feel fuller longer but u now have put some toxins back into ur body. With vegan foods (plant foods) u are more hungry faster because they cleanse out quickly, but the good part is that you can eat all day long on a vegan diet so if ur hungry again u can eat as much vegan natural foods as u want and not have to worry that u overate.

if u are really trying to lose weight stay completely vegan...it will make it easier to follow. The benefits are wonderful by not eating any meats...I lost 75 pounds in 6 months by going vegan...my diabetes is gone, I don't have skin problems anymore, I no longer need to wear contacts and I can literally say that my sh*t don't stink. I feel so clean (internally and externally) all the time and my mental awareness and memory has improved as well. Good luck! Sometimes learning about being a vegan seems overwhelming...I suggest buying the book 'vegan in 30 days' by sarah taylor ($4.95 at any bookstore in the vegetarian cookbook aisle) and it pretty much gives u an easy yet thorough understanding of it.
in the case you stated, the meat eating diet = less weight gain. this is cos the protein is gained from one source which is not very fattening - sometimes veggies have to eat lots of protein sources to get enough of it which can be quite fattening (eg cheese on toast) or all the different sources add up to lots of calories.

BUT if a meat eater eats KFC etc then obviously vegetarianism = less weight gain!Would you say a vegetarian diet would be easier to lose weight or a omnivore?
You DON'T NEED to loose any weight love!!!!!!!!! You are going to kill yourself!!!!!!!!!!! At 5 feet tall and between 79 to 85 pounds you are VERY underweight already!!!!!!!!!! Your "dream" of reaching 65 pounds will most certainly kill you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you looking for attention??? PLEASE get some help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whether you think so or not I am sure your parents are terribly concerned about you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you cut out beef and pork, and just eat lean meats, like chicken or turkey, I think weight loss should be easy on the omnivore side.
i recommend you a vegetarian diet
omnavore, it fits our nutrtional daily value better
