You can wash your underarms with peroxide every couple of days, that will kill most of the bacteria. Also, use rubbing alcohol instead of deodorant/antiperspirant, may need to reapply every few hours but it does work- I've used it for about a year after having to use high powered antiperspirants for years. Just use a regular alcohol pad a couple of times during the day if I start to feel sweaty. Cheap too and not applying aluminum to my body-- which may lead to altzheimers.
The way to eliminate body odor, then, is not to mask it with unhealthful deodorant products, but rather to clean up your body from the inside out. Many deodorants and antiperspirants often only provide a temporary solution because the root of the problem is not being addressed. Natural and holistic treatments such as herbal and homeopathic remedies have proven to be effective in the healthy elimination of toxins from the body and to help keep perspiration levels at normal levels.
Two well known herbs such as Galium aperine (Cleavers) and Milk Thistle act as cleansing tonics and supports the healthy functioning of the lymphatic system and liver. Homeopathic ingredients such as Silica, Calcium sulphate, Mag. Phos and Merc. Sol helps to maintain hygiene and freshness and also maintains the detoxifying and regulatory properties of the body.

So you do all of this stuff not to smell, and you are not wearing deodorant? Dude, if you don't want to smell then wear deodorant. If you still don't, then maybe take more showers and use soap with scent in it ( and no, it doesn't have to smell like flowers). What you are eating is eloping too, so keep that up. Maybe you can also try changing clothes everytime you sweat. That's all I got, really. Oh, and even if your not going to, just try to get some mini deodorant of some sort. It will really help.
Clean body and clean clothes will keep the smells down. Sweat has some chemical components that influence the odor, if you are a male your testosterone controls a lot of the smell you have, so does stress, sexual arousal, fatigue and not showering after you work out and all of that is compounded if you let the sweat stay on your skin and start to breed bacterial. How to reduce body odor without deodorant or a vegetarian diet?
Having to eat meat, dairy, etc for protein is a myth. our bodies make its own protein through raw fresh fruit and vegetables. Raw fruit and vegetables have enymes in it. after we chew and swallow, these enzymes in our bodies begin to crack down into amino acids...which is PROTEIN!! eating meat/dairy/protein shakes is just an extra step out bodies don't need! please, research the Raw Food Diet. :) watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ae-dlHOmw鈥?/a>
Sage tea actually reduces the activity of sweat glands, drink one cup a day or every other day. Also, being very well hydrated, drinking lots of water, reducing coffee and caffeine intake will reduce body odor.
