How to stick to a vegetarian diet?

I heard that after doing something for one month it becomes a habit. How can I stick to my vegetarian diet? Not vegan, I just can't have any meat. Like, are there any things that I can think of, any videos that I can watch that will make me never want to eat meat again? I am mainly doing this because I am a huge animal lover, but also because I definitely want to lose some weight. Thanks! How to stick to a vegetarian diet?
There are plenty of videos out there that will help you. Here are a few:

Well, first off, I'd just like to say that becoming a vego won't help you to lose weight; many of us live off carbs. I know quite a few don't, but the majority does.

Anywho, what did it for me was the PeTA video.

Here's the link: http://www.peta.org/issues/animals-used-for-food/factory-farming.aspx

I think that's the right video, but I didn't have time to watch it, so it may not be.

Anyway, good luck! How to stick to a vegetarian diet?

www.veg.ca has great resources. I think the best thing to do it so visit Farm Sanctuary (or another animal rescue farm). Once you look a cow in the eyes who has been abused by the farming industry you will find it difficult to eat another one. Think of animals as an extension of us: You may not think that they are important but they think they are. Animals enjoy eating, breathing fresh air and their families. LIfe is just as precious to them as it is for us. With all of the great alternative foods out there, it's easier now than ever to make a positive choice.

I would steer clear from traumatizing videos and think about the positive changes that can happen when you consider the life of others: health, often subsiding allergies, weight loss and weight stability, community and generally a love and appreciation of life. Vegetarian times has some great recipes. Think of the positive energy you would be contributing to the lives of others and your own.

I wish you the best of luck
