It sounds like you may have an iron deficiency. Make sure you eat lots of leafy green veggies like Romaine lettuce and spinach (1 cup of raw spinach has just 7 calories but more than 1000% of your daily allotment of vitamin K, which will also help with the bruising, more than 300% of your daily allotment of vitamin A, 84% manganese, 65% folic acid, 39% magnesium, 34% iron, 29% vitamin C, and much more), soy products, fortified breads and cereals, and start eating those beans and legumes!
It sounds like you are not eating properly.

Make sure you are eating fruits, vegetables, cereal, pasta, and mock meats.

Boca, Lightlife, Amy's Kitchen, Quorn, Annie's Homegrown, and Morningstar Farms are brands of vegetarian foods that can be found at Stop %26amp; Shop, Pathmark, health food stores, and online.

Beans, nuts, wheat gluten, and mock meats have iron and protein.

Greens, cereal, and milk(cow, soy, or almond) has calcium.

Cereal and milk(cow, soy, rice, or almond) has vitamin B12.Whats the most healthy vegetarian diet that is also low fat?
You're anemic. Check your multivitamin; I bet it has no iron or very little iron doesn't it? Take an iron supplement ... there's no shame in it as most women of childbearing age are slightly anemic. If you go with a multi make sure it has at least 100% because young women need twice as much iron as the RDA%. But if you're eating a balanced diet you could probably skip the multi and just take an iron supplement. Take it daily for a month and then you can go to just taking it during your period because that's when you lose your iron. Don't ever take iron on an empty stomach either.
You need to stop eating junk food and eat a healthy balanced diet. The healthiest diet in the world is a low-fat, whole-foods vegetarian diet. Whole foods are foods that are not pre-packaged or processed in any way. In other words, you should be cooking from scratch.

I suggest you do a little research. Find a vegetarian food pyramid online and buy some vegetarian cookbooks. Plan healthy, balanced meals.

I also highly recommend the book "Eat More, Weigh Less" - Dr. Dean Ornish. This book is a low-fat, vegetarian diet book. It contains recipes and daily meal plans. Dr. Ornish is very well respected in the medical community. He is a cardiology researcher who discovered that heart patients were able to be cured of their heart disease by exercising moderately and by eating a low-fat vegetarian diet (plus they lost weight).

Also, go see your doctor. It sounds like you may have an eating disorder. Are you still a teenager? Teenagers tend to be picky eaters. If you cook for yourself, then that may make a difference with the foods that you dislike. As you get older, you'll develop more sophisticated tastes and you'll start liking the foods you once hated. However, I think your health is more important. Worry about that, first.Whats the most healthy vegetarian diet that is also low fat?
ever hear of fresh fruits and veggies? and since when does a real vegetarian get sick??? start eating fresh whole fruits and veggies for a change and stop eating processed garbage.

vitamin suppliments are inert.. why are you popping them????

*shakes* head sadly.. this is why people believe the myths about vegetarianism... sighs......
I'm not an expert on dieting, but I do know that an Indian-style vegetarian diet is one of the healthiest diets you can maintain. But it is rich in nuts and other legumes, which may be trouble for you if you choose to begin a diet like this.
red beans, soy milk, fruit and vegetables like pumpkin, tomato ,carrot....
