Can my new Vegetarian diet be why I'm breaking out?

I became a vegetarian Oct 30th of this year. Since then I've gotten really painful pimples in odd places like my neck, jaw line, and next to my ear/hairline. I've been eating more of beans and nuts to make up for the lack of protein. The rest of my diet is healthy.

Has this happened to anyone else when adopting a vegetarian diet. Can my new Vegetarian diet be why I'm breaking out?
could be.

impurities have to come out in poo, urine, breath or skin.

since they come out thru the skin then that is why you are breaking out.

eat more raw green bitter veggies like cucumbers, celery, peppers.

and drink plenty of water

also. when eating nuts it is best to buy raw nuts and soak them so that they are more digestable.

look up a website on soaking nuts and seeds.
Lck of protein? Don't understand. Nuts are oily. BEans, tofu, vegetables, fruit, watery foods like this are good for you. ALthough lack of protein makes me think all you ate before was meat on top of meat. Other things have more protein in than meat- such as soynuts and spirulina, quinoa and legumes. Can my new Vegetarian diet be why I'm breaking out?
Are you eating canned (excess salt, sugar, and preservatives in those) or dried (make sure to toss the soaking liquid) beans?

You may want to soak the nuts prior to eating it (gets rid of phylates or something like that...they also taste better).
Could be an allergic reaction or any other multitude of reasons. Its definitely not ''detoxing'' or anything. Can my new Vegetarian diet be why I'm breaking out?
Nuts are very oily. You may have just found your own answer.
It sounds like some sort of allergic reaction. I recommend you seek a doctor's advice.
