Is it safe to go on a vegetarian diet for 2 weeks and then return to a regular paleo diet?

Fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds diet(vegetarian) for 2 weeks

Meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds after the two week periodIs it safe to go on a vegetarian diet for 2 weeks and then return to a regular paleo diet?
Absolutely YES!

Are you eating grains at all?

Brown rice, oatmeal, etc?

Keep in mind that nuts alone is not enough protein. Are you eating beans, spinach, any protein sources other than nuts?

ps... why would anyone say that this would hurt your diet? (above comment)

INSANE!!!Is it safe to go on a vegetarian diet for 2 weeks and then return to a regular paleo diet?
It is not safe because you can mess up your diet and get really sick.So don't do itIs it safe to go on a vegetarian diet for 2 weeks and then return to a regular paleo diet?
On vegetarian, it is hard to get enough protein. If your only source is nuts, they are fattening. You will lack essential vitamins, minerals, and protein. But you only know by having your fasting blood rate reevaluated before and after. I was vegan, and it gave me a doughy look, not lean and muscular. But, you could try it, and become the expert.
