What is a good vegetarian diet if you don't like seafood?

I wanted to loose a little weight so i thought i would try being a vegetarian, but i don't like seafood. What would be a good diet? What is a good vegetarian diet if you don't like seafood?
well if you are a vegetarian then you wouldn't eat seafood, silly! sea creatures are animals too! please educate yourself. a pescatarian is someone who doesn't eat meat with the exception of fish.

if you are becoming a vegetarian the main thing you need to focus on is NOT eating too many breads/carbs. consume lots of veggies and fruits, beans/legumes, raw nuts (not roasted), peanutbutter, greek yoghurt, etc.

check out peta.com for more information and you can even get a free starter kit there too.
