I'd imagine a vegan diet would be healthier in that you wouldn't be consuming dairy which cuts out a lot of fat from your diet. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian and I take no supplements because I make sure my diet is balanced. The most common supplement which vegetarians end up taking is an iron supplement but if you watch your diet, you shouldn't need it.How much more beneficial is a strict vegan diet as opposed to a flexible vegetarian diet?
no vegetarian or vegan diet is beneficial. you need meat in your diet to gain protein, lipids and other minerals. a lot of people who simply stick to vegetables face a lot of problems.
