Does anybody know a good vegetarian diet plan?

ok so im a15 year old girl and i weigh about 160 and im trying to loose weight with dieting and excercise but the problem is i cant really figure out a god diet plan for myself (thats vegetarian) and ive looked online but i need cold lunches for school and there are like no diets out there that accommodate that. I only have like 2 weeks to loose 10 pounds so i need something intense but not anorexic. anything helps! thanks!Does anybody know a good vegetarian diet plan?
I have been vegetarian off and on for several years, and was also always disspointed with the lack of cold lunch options to take to work.

I recently went on a Vegan Raw Food Diet. I feel a lot better (though I kind of fell off the plan lately, I'm getting back on it).

You can do a google search for "Raw Food" and "Living Foods" and see what you find. There are hopefully some good books of Raw food recipes at your library.

Since you don't actually heat food (except for in a dehydrator), most of the dishes and recipes are foods you can easily transport.

I don't do this diet to lose weight. I do it because it makes me feel amazing. Even though I was already healthy, I am even more healthy since I went on it.

Here's a site to help you get started:

I highly recommend getting a book from your library, though. It is so much easier to find recipes that way.Does anybody know a good vegetarian diet plan?
Congrats on taking the 1st step to getting healthy, since you only 15 I would strongly encourage you to talk with your parents and family Dr. to make sure that a Vegan diet is for you. In addition the Dr. can help map out what you Must have for your diet plan.

Here are a few link that should help:
