Will switching to a nearly all vegetarian diet cause an early period?

My normal periods are 48-52 days bewteen. I have since started eating healthier and almost all vegetarian. now my period is about 28-30 days since my last, meaning i got it almost 3 weeks early. is my diet to blameWill switching to a nearly all vegetarian diet cause an early period?
No it is not to blame, the mere fact your diet is only reducing meat consumption would have little effect unless your diet was so unhealthy to begin with that meat was your only available source of iron.

Your period should be about 28-30 days -- see if it stays there. It's not an early period; 48-52 is a bit out of the ordinary.
