I'm a vegetarian, have been for 6 months now.
I am trying to lose weight and fat.
and I only drink water.

stop eating the empty carbs. Crackers, bread, chips, pasta, cookies, bagels, potatoes... that crap. Stick to just veggies fruit nuts and soy proteins.What is a well put toghether vegetarian diet that I can follow?
Try to have more n more fluids,
Jst juices n shakes, but avoid fatty stuff like banana shake,milk etc.
If u wanna loose weight, then avoid white things basically, like
curd, rice, milk, egg, cheese, butter etc.
n the most important is Exercising. If u cnt even do tht, then atleast running, jogging, n evening walk is helpful.
