Since you're a vegetarian, you can eat eggs and drink milk. I recommend both, as they're high in protein and other important nutrients. (I'm talking free range eggs from a local farm and raw milk from pastured cows--no cruelty involved!) Remember, eggs and milk are both designed by nature to sustain life, so don't be afraid of them; they help sustain our lives too.

My mom was overweight ever since she had kids. Within months of drinking raw milk and raw milk products, she started to lose her weight. (She did start walking 2 miles each day as well) We recently went on vacation, and it only took her four days to shed the extra weight she'd gained.
Hi, I don't suggest going on a diet cos' it's not really practical. What you can do is to break meals down to numerous smaller snacks throughout the day. Don't eat heavy meals. Break it into 5-6 small meals a day, every 4-5 hours. Remember to drink lots of water, and during the morning, drink a mild diuretic like green tea to drain out excess water. And eat SLOWLY. Chew your food like 15- 20 times so it's easier to digest. Make sense? Don't go on a diet.

Eat frequent, small meals. Snack at least every three hours and carry only foods that come in their own packages, like fruit, nuts and hard-boiled eggs. High in fiber or protein, these snacks will keep you feeling satisfied and provide energy to get through the day.

Vegetarians can easily get protein from eggs and dairy. I think you might want to choose organic eggs and unpasteurized milk from a farmers market or healthfood store. Also, if you up your intake of these, you will also up your intake of cholesterol so, you might want to interchange them with some plant based protein from nuts, beans and whole grains. If you know how to make Seitan or Wheat Meat, Vital Wheat Gluten has an extremely high level of protein (even more than choice cuts of beef), you could try adding that to your diet as well.
