How much weight would the average person on a vegetarian diet lose in a month by walking 10 miles per day?

I just saw the Fat March finale and I'm motivated! I'm a 5'7'' 220 male. I used to be 230 but I became a vegetarian 2 months ago and I've lost 10 lbs.How much weight would the average person on a vegetarian diet lose in a month by walking 10 miles per day?
Even fruits %26amp; veggies have calories so it sort of depends on how often and how much you eat them. Nice job on your efforts to trim down. Good luck, your on the right track.
i dunno, but u'd not only lose fat, but gain muscle, so u might not lose that much weight. However u will be healthier....so try it! there's nothing to lose!good luck! :DHow much weight would the average person on a vegetarian diet lose in a month by walking 10 miles per day?
If you go vegan...You will cut your life by 10 years...WAKE UP!
Being a vegetarian does not have to do with losing weight unless you eat right. I am one, eat junk, and have gained 10 pounds. It depends on the calories you take into your body. How much weight would the average person on a vegetarian diet lose in a month by walking 10 miles per day?
Kudos to you for your motivation, but you're being unrealistic. You're not going to walk 10 miles per day. That is, not if you are doing ANYTHING else like working or attending school! How about setting yourself a realistic exercise goal and sticking with it? You're already going in the right direction! Pick a time EVERY day that you can exercise and do it without fail! It will take longer for you to lose the weight, but you will develop a healthy lifestyle that will enable you to keep the weight off!
