vegetarian "protein" diet... just pulses, milk, water %26amp; vegetables... a "little" olive oil in salads... no carbohydrates like bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc %26amp; no fruits %26amp; sugary stuffs...How many of u have lost weight with vegetarian protein diet along with exercise?

Just as an FYI - I lost 40 lbs in 40 days switching from "Meat %26amp; Potatoes" to strictly vegetarian with 70% live foods (fruits %26amp; veggies) and 30% nuts %26amp; whole grains - that's just as complicated and as simple as my "diet" was ....
... needless to say, with results like that - I've been vegetarian ever since!!
