Does anyone know a good vegetarian diet plan that won't cost me too much?

I'm a vegetarian, and I have a few extra pounds, I'm not real proud of. Anyone know any diets, asides from excersise?Does anyone know a good vegetarian diet plan that won't cost me too much?
If you make a big pot of soup or chili, it can last several meals and is cheap to make. One bag of 100% whole wheat English Muffins and a thing of oatmeal can last all week for breakfast.

Bags of beans are also affordable. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on 100% whole wheat bread are cheap. Mine are a little more because I choose organic pb and jelly, but it's up to you.

What I do is stick whole foods as much as possible, not all that pre-packaged and salty crap they like to push on us.

And if you just plan right and spread it out, it can last.

As for the extra pounds, if you are leading a healthy lifestyle, be proud of yourself whatever size you are.Does anyone know a good vegetarian diet plan that won't cost me too much?
